30 Day Return Policy

All preset products come with a 30 day Return or Exchange (in like new condition).  Any custom builds and engagement rings that are put together with a mounting and center stone are Non- Returnable. 

Six Month Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee the craftsmanship on the mounting for your diamond, sapphire, ruby or emerald against all defects in material or workmanship (excluding lab-created gemstones). We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during the first six months.  If your gold or jewelry becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect, Moijey Diamonds will repair or replace the item, at our determination of the repair, without charge.  This guarantee excludes all damage caused by abuse or normal wear. (This Excludes repairs such ad Rhodium Plating, Sizing, and Polishing)                

Lifetime Precious Stone Replacement

 We guarantee free replacement of your diamond, sapphire, ruby or emerald, if it is lost from its original mounting from normal wear (excluding lab created gemstones). To ensure this protection and for the Jewelry Guarantee to remain valid, Moijey Diamonds must check your jewelry every six months and document the inspection on your inspection card. If it is determined that your jewelry is in need of repair, you must have your jewelry repaired by one of our representatives.  

To keep the warranty current the guest must comply with bringing your jewelry in every six months for a routine inspection. To insure most repairs are caught before they can affect the item and repaired if necessary.  We understand that life gets busy at points and if you do happen to miss an inspection and the item is in perfect shape we will renew the policy from that date as the new start date moving forward. If there is damage and you are out of the six-month window you will have the option to pay for the repair work needed and we will reinstate the policy.
