Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation to your email address. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation, please check your spam folder and add info@moijeydiamonds.com to your safe sender list.

USA SHIPPING

Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping/delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. Since we are located in Maryland, if your shipping address is located in Maryland, Virginia, or the District of Columbia, you may expect your package within approximately 2-3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping varies based on the country. Standard shipping/delivery times are 10-15 business days.

POLICY AND TERMS

MoijeyDiamonds.com offers free standard shipping on all orders over $200. Express shipping is available for an additional fee of $19.99.

By placing an order at MoijeyDiamonds.com, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to MoijeyDiamonds.com. This also applies to any shipments that are refused upon delivery.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agent to release your package. Note: On rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Receive your purchase without leaving the comfort of your own home. Your order will be shipped directly to your door. FOR YOUR PROTECTION, ALL ORDERS OVER $200.00 REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, REGARDLESS OF ANY SIGNATURE WAIVER ON FILE.

Customized ring orders placed with approved payment will ship in 7 - 14 business days after the ring has been completed.
